About me

I’m a UX and design researcher who specializes in qualitative research. I’m an avid listener and user advocate, and I’m driven to put people at the center of product and service design. I strive to help teams and organizations better understand and build empathy with the people they design for. Along the way, I identify actionable opportunities for growth and innovation, and I evaluate concepts and features at all levels of fidelity.

I have 9+ years of experience executing high-quality, end-to-end UX and design research, facilitating design thinking workshops and co-design sessions, and helping stakeholders build empathy with key user groups. I’ve worked in markets across the US and internationally, including the UK, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands.
